Stress comes in a variety of forms, but few people understand how their daily practices, particularly the foods they eat and habits they follow, exacerbate it. Often, our relationship with food creates an abundance of stress in its own right. The health coach creates a supportive environment that empowers you to evaluate your relationship to food and how your diet and way of life can effect your health. one-on-one health coaching programs, health-food store tours, workshops, cooking demos, and lectures.
Health Coaching program runs in 3 and 6 month increments
with weekly access to the health coach and assistance with the following topics:
- Food choices and preparation
- Mindful eating
- Deconstructing and reducing cravings
- Increasing energy naturally without sugar and caffeine
- Weight loss
- Time management
- Stress reduction
Your program includes...
- two 50-minute sessions per month
